This elegant town house with stunning views over the River Jaur is home to Sabina and her family as well as her guests, who are welcomed either into a pleasant guest room with en suite bathroom or a small and well–equipped apartment ideal for a couple or family with small children. Sabina is a music teacher as well as a talented flautist and the enchanting melodies of her metier sound distantly from her music room. The house retains much of its original “belle époque” character with the addition of modern amenities. It has recently been refurbished and redecorated to a high standard, lending a bright and modern ambiance to this typical French town house.
Chez Sabina is situated just along the street from Les Quatr’ Farceurs and guests coming with friends can stay at both locations so that they can be in easy reach of each other. Access is via a narrow cobbled street, but you can bring your vehicle in front of the house to unload. Passing motor traffic is, however, restricted by the narrowing of the street as it rises up into the old village and therefore locals and tourists alike often linger outside in the warm evening sun on an old stone bench at the end of the street, which overlooks the village meadow.
The nearest car park is less than a minute away. The house also overlooks this meadow which leads down to the River Jaur winding along the outskirts of the village.
Guest Room
This spacious and light room is on the second floor of the house with views over the cherry orchard by the river. It is equipped with twin beds and a sofa bed. A comfortable en suite bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. Breakfast is taken in the large dining room overlooking the meadow and the river on the ground floor.

APARTMENT
The apartment which has recently been refurbished and redecorated to a high standard is on the second floor and overlooks the eastern side of the house and the cobbled Rue de la Comporte.
Facilities: Double bedroom, kitchen/sitting & dining room, bathroom with shower. Heating by electric radiators.
The entrance to the apartment is via the main house staircase and opens into a pleasant room featuring exposed beams and large windows, which provide a light and airy atmosphere. There is ample space here for a table and four chairs, sofa bed, television and fully equipped galley kitchen with sink, electric hot plate and electric table top oven and fridge.
The double bedroom with antique bed and wardrobe leads off from this room. A well appointed shower room completes the accommodation.

All prices are per week, inclusive of electricity and linen. Discounts from £10 to £20 for second and subsequent weeks according to season. In winter (November to end April) extra heating costs are charged. Prices for out of season discounts and long lets are available on request.
The guest room (see above) can also be rented as an extra bedroom for up to three people in conjunction with the self catering apartment to provide additional accommodation at the following discounted weekly rates
